UES served as the Geotechnical Engineer of Record for the 1MM SF Mall building(s). The project entailed a surcharge design program. UES managed the Geotechnical test borings for the site development, surcharge settlement analysis, consolidation tests, and soil classifications for foundation recommendations. The project included Threshold Inspection, Welding Inspections, and Construction Materials Testing services.
