Port of Corpus Christi Center for Wildlife Rescue at the Texas State Aquarium
The Port of Corpus Christi Center for Wildlife Rescue at the Texas State Aquarium is a 26,000 square foot facility, making it the largest rescue center in Texas, and one of the largest in the country. The Center includes state-of-the-art veterinary medical equipment, an interpretive gallery, an emergency operations center, and the only CAT scan used specifically for wildlife in Texas. The facility’s advanced science and technology will be utilized in treating and rehabilitating Texas wildlife, such as shorebirds, raptors, marine mammals, and sea turtles.
Rock Engineering and Testing Laboratory, a UES company, provided testing services for this impressive project.
