Phase I ESA, Protected Species & Wetland Assessment

UES was contracted by the Sanford Airport Authority to conduct a Phase I ESA (Environmental Site Assessment) of a 9-acre vacant, undeveloped property at 171 Red Cleveland Boulevard, in Sanford, Florida, in accordance with the guidelines set forth in ASTM E1527-13. UES conducted an evaluation of the subject property and surrounding properties to identify recognized environmental conditions, controlled recognized environmental conditions, and historically recognized environmental conditions associated with the past or present uses of the subject property and neighboring properties. The scope of work included wetlands and threatened/endangered species assessments.
