Grand Cypress

The project included the construction of a new, multi-family residential development on the west side of Winter Garden Vineland Road (across from Grand Cypress Golf Course) in Orlando, Florida. The site plan indicated four buildings, each being four-story, wood-framed apartments and associated parking/drive areas.

UES provided: 1) Eight Standard Penetration Tests (SPT) borings within the proposed apartment building footprints to a depth of 40 below existing land surface (bls) and 2) Ten SPT borings within the proposed pavement/exfiltration trench areas to a depth of 15 feet bls.
