DC BLOX ATL2-A East – Hyperscale Data Center Development

Conyers, Georgia
Client: DC BLOX
Market Sector: Technology / Mission-Critical Infrastructure
Role: Geotechnical Engineering & Code Compliance Partner

Client Need

DC BLOX is expanding its data infrastructure footprint with the ATL2-A East facility—an 85,000 SF state-of-the-art data center located on a ±68.4-acre site in Rockdale County, Georgia. Designed to support 10 MW of critical load capacity in its first phase, the facility features structural steel framing, tilt-up concrete walls, and a thick concrete slab-on-grade foundation system.

The project’s initial development covers 10.26 acres and includes construction of key support elements such as access driveways, parking, and a stormwater management pond. To ensure structural stability and regulatory compliance, DC BLOX required a geotechnical and inspection partner to support the facility’s early-stage sitework and foundation systems.
