Daytona International Speedway Redevelopment

UES provided all of the private provider services (including but not limited to: plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and roof final inspections) for the Daytona International Speedway redevelopment project. The scope of services included:

• Review of project plans and specifications
• Attendance at the Pre-Construction Meeting
• Attendance at the jobsite meetings as requested by Daytona International Speedway, LLC
• Preparation of field reports and management summary reports
• Consultation regarding all corrective and/or remedial recommendations

UES worked as an integral member of the Design Builder Project Team, but maintained an independent reporting relationship directly with Daytona International Speedway, LLC. UES generated and distributed field reports, laboratory reports, and management summary reports as necessary.
