Calhoun Senior Living Facility

UES was hired by building management to assess the building's waterproofing envelope. The purpose of the limited water intrusion survey is to inspect the exterior of the building at all facades and roof to try and determine where water intrusion is currently entering the building. Additionally, UES will assess the weather barrier materials listed above and provide an Expected Useful Life (remaining) for the building.
