Client Need

Allegiant Stadium, a $1.8 billion world-class venue and home to the Las Vegas Raiders, was designed to host major sporting and entertainment events. Given the scale and complexity of the project, the client required a geotechnical partner capable of delivering precise subsurface data and testing services to support the design and construction of deep foundations, retaining structures, floor systems, and other key infrastructure elements. Additional non-destructive testing was needed to assess legacy infrastructure already present on the site, including communication tower foundations.

How We Helped

UES was engaged to provide comprehensive geotechnical engineering and specialty testing services throughout the project lifecycle. Our team performed detailed field investigations and delivered a Geotechnical Data Report (GDR) to inform design decisions related to soil conditions, foundation systems, floor slabs, pavement, and utility corridors. We also supported the project with a range of advanced non-destructive testing (NDT) methods to verify subsurface conditions and evaluate existing structures without disruption.
