This project consisted of constructing one, five-story building and expanding to the existing CEP, which totals approximately 42,000 SF in footprint area. The buildings are supported on a shallow spread foundation system with four to 12 inch-thick slabs on grade, masonry walls, and metal framing. UES observed the building’s primary frame structural elements and constructed them by the Permitted Contract Documents.

Duties included maintaining a record of the progress and observations given to the Contractor and Observing deviations.
